with tofu has been an interesting journey. Finally a tofu pie that
works!

Based Ingredients
- 1 pack of silken tofu
- 1 cup all natural peanut butter (creamy)
- ¾ cup all natural turbinado sugar
- 2 Tbsp of almond milk
- 2 Tsp of vanilla
- 1 pie crust (graham cracker crust or a pie crust works)
- Favorite Topping (vegan chocolate chips, pretzels, melted peanut butter, melted chocolate)
How
to Make it
In
a blender add the tofu, peanut butter, sugar, milk, and vanilla.
Blend until thoroughly mixed. This could take up to 5 minutes and
will require you to mix occasionally with a spoon to ensure all the
ingredients are smoothed together. Pour the mix into your cooled pie
crust. Place your topping on top of the pie and freeze overnight. Cut
and enjoy the next day. If you want to eat it the same day freeze
until solid 2-3 hours.
